Judevine Center for Autism in Joplin, MO, is seeking a Home Manager - Autism Residential Services to coordinate, implement, evaluate, and oversee a specific home within the residential program under the Hub Director.

The role involves supervising ISL staff and residents, scheduling, developing Individual Support Plans, maintaining documentation, and remaining on call for emergencies, with a starting salary of $47,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience working with people with autism and/or other developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain positive professional relationships with families, employers, and community members.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction, support and supervision to ISL staff and residents in the home and in the community.
• Coordinate scheduling of direct care staff to maintain staffing patterns.
• Assist in planning and implementing Individual Support Plans and Behavior Development Plans.
• Maintain open communication within the team and represent Judevine professionally.
• Maintain daily and monthly paperwork accurately.
• Be on call for emergencies and scheduling conflicts.
