Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience is required.
Experience coordinating research studies and data management.
Willingness to work in person at FIU MMC; 40 hours weekly.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in development and maintenance of protocols, forms, materials, and procedures manuals.
Prepare the data collection materials and the REDCap database.
Oversee and help ensure participant recruitment, scheduling, compensation, and data management.
Participate in research study visits and data collection with children and adults.
Create meeting agendas and presentations.
Manage IRB protocols, timelines, and amendments.
Help manage requirements for clinical trials oversight.
