Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Special Education or related area.
• Georgia certification in Exceptional Student Education preferred.
• Certification in Educational Leadership or related license is preferred.
• Training in restraints and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate autism programming across multiple school sites.
• Oversee ABA implementation and fidelity in classrooms.
• Monitor staffing, budgets, and compliance with policies.
• Train and mentor special education staff.
• Collaborate with principals, teachers, parents, and therapists.
• Manage IEP processes and annual reviews.
• Ensure timelines and district reporting requirements.
• Lead transportation safety and crisis management procedures.
