Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with neurodivergent children preferred.
• TCI certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid Indiana driver’s license.
• Clear background check and pre-employment physical.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to children using Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Participate in Behavior Skills Training (BST) and assist during Practical Functional Assessments.
• Perform data collection and implement skills-based treatment.
• Support the treatment team including leadership and supervisors.
• Operate Damar vehicles or personal vehicles to transport clients.
• Complete incident reports and report any suspected abuse or neglect.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.

Skills
