Job summary

Damar Services in Indianapolis-area Richmond campus is seeking an Intensive Autism Technician to provide direct ABA-based services to children with autism. You will support the treatment team, collect data, and participate in BST and Functional Assessments as needed.

The role is full-time, with 2nd shift hours 3:00pm–11:30pm. Benefits include health insurance, tuition assistance, retirement plan, paid holidays and PTO, and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with neurodivergence preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification.
• Ability to pass CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA-based services to children with autism.
• Participate in BST and during Practical Functional Assessments.
• Data collection and progress monitoring.
• Assist treatment team and transport clients as needed.
