Job summary

Arrow Child & Family Ministries is seeking a licensed clinical professional to provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth and their families in Kentucky. The role emphasizes work with students with autism and may require gender-specific assignments in certain cases.

An LCPC license is preferred, with a master’s degree in a human services field required. Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed to provide therapy in the state.
• Experience with children, families, or autism-focused work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group and family therapy to youth and their families.
• Interviews clients to assess functioning and develops initial treatment plans.
• Assists in developing treatment plans that align with other team members.
• Participates in school program IEP development and related goals.
• Uses trauma-informed clinical modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Completes documentation and discharge/aftercare planning.
• May conduct home studies for foster care programs as needed.
• Provides crisis intervention and participates in team conferences.
