Responsibilities

• Assessment using traditional and alternative methods aligned with the curriculum and standards.
• Use effective communication techniques with students, parents, and all other stakeholders.
• Engage in planned continuous professional quality improvement for self and school.
• Use instructional strategies and materials that reflect each student's culture, learning styles, and needs.
• Fulfill the terms of any contract and adhere to ethics and professional conduct.
• Provide a positive learning environment supporting intellectual, personal, and social development.
• Plan, align, implement, and evaluate instruction and assessment in diverse environments.
• Collaborate with peers, parents, community, and other stakeholders.
• Integrate appropriate technology in teaching and learning.
• Keep school records and report as required by law and regulations.
• Ensure safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
