Lever, Inc. is seeking a Diagnostic Testing Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for clients pursuing ASD diagnostic evaluations in Charlotte, NC.

You will guide families through the evaluation process and ensure a smooth handoff to an ABA UM Specialist if therapy is pursued. You will screen and schedule clients, collect intake information, verify benefits, and maintain complete documentation while upholding HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish).
• Must convey a sense of passion about helping children with autism through ABA therapy.

Responsabilités

• Screen clients seeking diagnostic evaluation services and provide timely follow up on inquiries.
• Create a welcoming environment for clients and families.
• Collect basic information to begin the intake process.
• Verify client information and benefits.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, testing, and referrals.
• Schedule diagnostic clients for all services.
• Calculate and collect estimated client financial responsibility prior to scheduling services.
• Request authorization for diagnostic services when required by insurance.
• Collaborate with team and report to Manager.
