Job summary

WORK Inc. seeks an exceptional Community Training Specialist to support four individuals with Autism moving into their new home near Kingston, MA. You will promote social inclusion, provide mentorship, and empower participants to enhance their quality of life.

This role emphasizes compassionate, creative, team-driven work. A Massachusetts driver’s license is required, and one year of experience in the human services field is preferred; internships may be considered.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in the human service field preferred, internships or volunteer work may be substituted for work experience.
• Massachusetts Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in developing opportunities for individuals to be part of their local community
• Provide positive role modeling and mentorship
• Preparation and implementation of program goals, individual service plans, progress notes and treatment plans.
• Nurturing a positive relationship with individuals, families, guardians and service providers
• Providing for appropriate healthcare, medical and dental needs and promoting healthy lifestyle choices
