Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, social work, clinical counseling, or related field.
• Appropriate Independent Ohio licensure or certification.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and insurance as required.
• Marcus Crisis Prevention Program safety certification within 60 days of employment.
• Four years of experience as a senior clinician or similar position.
• Experience providing and managing behavioral health services for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Assists with supervision of clinic staff and case assignments, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Supervises and mentors senior clinicians and behavioral analysts.
• Provides clinical care to patients on assigned caseload and coordinates with families, schools, and providers.
• Provides training and education to patients, families, school personnel, and staff.
• Participates in quality and operational improvement projects for the department.
