Bridgeway Academy seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to support students aged 3–21 with autism, under BACB supervision, delivering ABA-informed instruction in the classroom.

The role involves developing and implementing curriculum and lesson plans, reinforcing learning, and promoting communication, social, and problem-solving skills.

This position offers a 10-month contract for the upcoming school year with an early August start date and summers off.

• Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans.
• Present and reinforce learning concepts with modifications as needed.
• Provide ABA interventions to improve communication, social interaction, academic and problem solving.
