Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• AA degree OR 72 quarter credits OR 48 semester credits OR a passing ETS score.
• Unofficial transcript proving AA or equivalent; official transcripts within 30 days.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Must pass background check and CPI training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to autistic students under teacher supervision.
• Carry out data collection and maintain documentation of student progress.
• Assist with classroom tasks, clerical duties and preparation of instructional materials.
• Supervise students and maintain a safe, positive learning environment.
• Perform duties in accordance with Kennewick School District policies.
