Job summary

Shrub Oak International School is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Clinical team on site in northern Westchester County. The role involves evaluating and treating communication disorders, leading interdisciplinary collaboration, and supporting autistic students across educational and residential settings.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and, if possible, TSSLD certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• TSSLD certification preferred or required where applicable.
• Experience working with autistic students is preferred.
• Knowledge of AAC systems and augmentative communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess communication needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group speech-language therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Support functional communication across educational, residential, and community settings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
