Job summary
A leading autism services provider in Michigan is looking for enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join their team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Candidates must be compassionate, patient, and eager to help children reach their full potential. The role offers a starting pay rate of $17 - $20 per hour, based on experience and education, along with comprehensive training.
Qualifications
Passionate about helping children with autism.
Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Must obtain RBT Certification from the BACB.
Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills.
Document progress and collaborate with BCBA.
