A leading Autism services provider in Michigan is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through individualized behavior intervention plans. You will work directly with children, utilizing evidence-based techniques to teach essential skills while monitoring their progress. Candidates must be compassionate, patient, and possess a high school diploma or GED. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $17 to $20 per hour, along with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Willing to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Monitor and document progress, and collaborate with the team to adapt strategies.
