You will work directly with children, utilizing evidence-based techniques to teach essential skills while monitoring their progress. Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
Willing to pass a pre-employment background check.
Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Monitor and document progress, and collaborate with the team to adapt strategies.
