Action Behavior Centers in Richfield, MN is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will be trained and certified as an RBT, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8am–5pm, and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

No prior experience required; paid training and RBT certification are fully covered. Bachelor's degree holders and caretaking experience are valued, with opportunities for growth within ABC.
