Responsibilities

• Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
• Develops and monitors IEPs for each student on caseload, at least annually.
• Collaborates with general education teachers and parents to provide services.
• Maintains lesson plans and documents progress toward IEP goals.
• Uses data-driven behavior management strategies (FBAs/BIPs).
• Communicates with parents/guardians regularly and adheres to policies.
