Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and ready to be part of a dedicated team. This position offers a competitive pay range of $19 - $25 per hour along with comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
