Job summary
Adventure ABA, LLC is hiring Behavioral Technicians in Phoenix, Surprise, Chandler, Peoria, Tempe, and nearby areas. No prior experience required; you will receive RBT training and great benefits working full-time in a fun, adventurous environment. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $28 per hour.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to travel up to 35 miles between sessions.
- CPR certification or ability to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals on the Autism Spectrum in sessions across schools, homes, or clinics.
- Help clients develop essential skills and behaviors for independence.
- Demonstrate empathy, integrity and resilience in daily interactions.
- Travel up to 35 miles between sessions with valid driver's license.
