Job summary

Adventure ABA, LLC is hiring full-time Registered Behavior Technicians / Autism Therapists in Phoenix to support children on the autism spectrum. No experience required; you will receive supported RBT training from day one and hands-on guidance from a BCBA.

Salary is $18-$28 per hour with perks including medical, dental, vision, PTO, mental health days, tuition discounts, and more. Join a locally owned team focused on meaningful, enjoyable therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit on the floor for extended sessions.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 35 miles between sessions.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and families to build communication and life skills.
• Follow individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track progress through session notes and collaborate with your team.
