Overview

We are seeking both Entry-Level Behavior Technicians and experienced Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to join Behavioral Innovations.

Join us in our mission to make a difference in the lives of children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders. As part of our team, you will implement child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, track progress, and analyze data. We offer paid training for those interested in becoming an RBT, providing hands-on experience and skill development.

Career Progression at BI:

RBT Progression: Behavior Technician ($18.00) → RBT I ($18.50) → RBT II ($19.00) → RBT III ($20.00) → RBT IV ($21.00) → RBT V ($22.00) → Sr. RBT ($23.00)

Further Career Paths: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Director → Area Director

Compensation and Benefits:

• $18.50 - $22.00 per hour

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Obtain RBT Certification within 60 days
• Progress through the RBT ladder
• Follow written skill acquisition and behavior programs accurately
• Build rapport and provide high-quality care
• Record data accurately during sessions
• Collaborate with Lead RBT for training

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Strong time management, observation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience working with children with ASD is a plus
