Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays. The role focuses on social and communication skills, and following ABA behavior plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with children and adults with special needs.
• Must be fluent in English and able to document progress.
• Completion of 40-hour ABA training; training provided if not completed before service.

Responsibilities

• Help clients work on social and communication skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Document progress and milestones for each client.
• Follow behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
