Job summary

A leading behavioral health organization is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans. Candidates should be compassionate, patient, and enjoy a physically active job. You will receive comprehensive training and must achieve Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding. This position offers a pay range of $19 - $24 and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in children's lives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Candidates must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors under BCBA guidance.
• Adapt to various positions and carry up to 50 pounds.
