Job summary
Centriaautism is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will make a real difference in the lives of children with autism by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
We seek candidates passionate about helping children reach their full potential. Comprehensive training will be provided. The position requires physical ability to engage with children and the capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Reduce interfering behaviors.
