Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in Tucson, AZ. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and a structured path for growth. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Must have compassion and patience when working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow BCBA guidance.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism under a BCBA's supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
