Job summary

Centria Autism in Newton, MA is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to help develop communication, social and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training, expect patience and teamwork, and offer a structured pay range of $20–$29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test
• Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Reduce interfering behaviors and track progress
• Participate in training and maintain a positive, patient approach to care
