Job summary

Centriaautism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to make a difference in the lives of children with autism. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your passion, patience, and ability to work in a team will contribute to teaching essential skills while ensuring a meaningful impact. The role includes comprehensive training and requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
