Job summary

Centriaautism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will make a meaningful impact in their lives while receiving comprehensive training, regardless of prior experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Candidates must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Handle children who can be unpredictable and potentially confrontational.
