Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an enthusiastic Behavioral Support professional to work 1:1 with children ages 2-12 diagnosed with autism. You will implement NET and DTT under the guidance of BCBAs, fostering engaging play and social interaction in a supportive setting.

Ideal candidates have ASD experience, prior work with children, and a compassionate, rapport-building approach. Availability Mon–Thu 10:45–6:30, with full-time benefits included.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with ASD population preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to establish rapport with young clients.
• Availability Monday–Thursday, 10:45 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
• Full-time benefit eligible.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children ages two to twelve diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.
• Implement natural environment teaching (NET) and discrete trial training (DTT).
• Implement interventions as directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Facilitate play and social interaction.
• Design and conduct daily small group activities.
• Provide services in a fun, engaging environment.
