Candidates should be passionate, patient, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. This position provides comprehensive training and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives.

The pay range for this position is $18 - $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Candidates must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification after completing onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills to children.
• Work one-on-one with children with autism.
