Job summary

REACH Behavioral Health in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work with clients in school, home, and community settings to promote positive behavior changes and improve quality of life.

This full-time role offers day shifts, $18.00–$24.00 per hour, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and PTO, with ongoing training opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to patient care and behavioral therapy.
• Ability to create and implement effective care plans based on individual assessments.
• Strong skills in medical documentation and record keeping.
• Experience working with children in a therapeutic or educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals.
• Assist in the development of care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
• Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
