Qualifications

Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals.
Provide direct support to clients in various settings.
Skills
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
Familiarity with medical terminology related to patient care and behavioral therapy
Ability to create and implement effective care plans based on individual assessments
Strong skills in medical documentation and record keeping
Experience working with children in a therapeutic or educational setting is preferred
