Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Ohio is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior.

The role offers part-time hours with same-day pay options, paid training, and a supportive clinical team. RBT certification is required before working; willingness to learn and compassion are valued as you help children with Autism.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
