Job summary

Centria Autism is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach skills and help children reach their potential.

The ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team environment. Training will be provided. Pay ranges from $17 to $20.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with children.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication and daily living skills.
• Assist children in reducing interfering behaviors.
