Job summary

SSM Health seeks a PRN behavioral interventionist to provide direct ABA and ESDM services to individuals with autism in center, home, and community settings. This role involves building therapeutic relationships, documenting according to contracts and ethics, and collaborating with clinical supervisors.

Responsibilities include delivering services, reporting to supervisors, adhering to BACB and RBT ethics, and participating in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develops therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Ensures accurate and timely documentation in line with contracts, regulatory requirements, and ethics.
• Provides therapeutic services independently and with a team as directed by supervisors.
• Provides reports and program updates to supervisors and team members.
• Complies with BACB and RBT Ethics Code.
• Attends team and department meetings for ongoing training and education.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
