Job summary
A specialized behavioral services provider in Memphis seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to join their team. The successful candidate will implement treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental delays. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one therapy, collecting data on client progress, and communicating with families and supervisors. Candidates must possess a valid RBT certification or complete training within 60 days, plus experience working with children/adults with ASD preferred. Competitive hourly rates with benefits offered.
Qualifications
Must have current, valid RBT certification or have completed the 40-hour RBT training course.
At least 1-2 years’ experience working under a BCBA.
Access to reliable transportation and local travel required.
Responsibilities
Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA/LBA.
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
Collect data to monitor progress and report findings.
