Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. All positions start part-time with flexible afternoon or evening hours and paid training; no prior experience required.

You will support children with autism by implementing skill-building plans, recording session data, and coordinating with families and the clinical team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
