Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring for part-time positions to provide in-home ABA services to children with autism in the Topeka area. You will support independence and learning in family-centered settings, under supervision.

No prior ABA experience is required; paid training is provided. You’ll work with families, record data, and collaborate with BCBA Supervisors to improve outcomes and treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Support skill-building and care plan implementation with the clinical team.
