Job summary

Aim Higher ABA in North Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our dynamic team. You will provide one-on-one behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision to children with autism, in home-based or clinic settings.

The role requires compassion, teamwork, and strict HIPAA adherence. Requirements include a high school diploma and BACB RBT certification; candidates must be 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a BACB RBT certification program.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• HIPAA confidentiality adherence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children with autism in home-based or clinic settings.
• Develop and maintain understanding of each client's needs and goals.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistent and effective treatment.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best ABA practices.
