Job summary

Aim Higher ABA in Nevada is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA therapy for individuals with autism. The role focuses on play-based NET and compassionate, high quality care in clients' homes.

You will work part-time after school, around 3 PM, with 1:1 supervision by a BCBA, and must hold an active Nevada RBT license. Prior ABA experience is preferred, and strong data collection and communication skills are essential.

Pay

$28-$30/ hr

Responsibilities

• Maintain client dignity, safety, and respect at all times
• Report changes in behavior, progress, or concerns to the supervising BCBA
• Strong data collection skills to track progress and inform treatment planning
• Provide consistent attendance to maintain client progress
• Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience for working with individuals with diverse needs
