Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism in Fort Collins, CO seeks compassionate individuals for full-time Behavior Technician roles. No experience required; paid training and RBT certification fully covered. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays; immediate openings available.

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using ABA therapy, following treatment plans, collecting data, and fostering growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Bachelor's Degree proof required during hiring.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth and success.
