Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in clients' homes or community-based settings. Positions start part-time with opportunities for clinical teamwork and professional growth.

Care will be delivered through evidence-based ABA interventions, with flexible scheduling and a focus on client goals. Training is provided, and a collaborative clinical team supports your development and success.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience and compassion; ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
