Comprehensive Behavior Supports in New Jersey seeks a Youth Behavior & Skills Development Specialist to help children with Autism reach their full potential. You’ll implement evidence-based ABA interventions in clients' homes or community settings, promoting independence and positive behavior.

No prior experience required; great entry point into psychology and ABA. Part-time roles with flexible afternoon/evening hours and opportunities to grow within a devoted clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and calm under pressure.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
