Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Colorado ABA team providing one-on-one services to children. You will document progress and support families in home or community settings, aligning with individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
