Qualifications

• Two years’ intake/authorizations and home infusion therapy experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and pharmacy applications.

Responsibilities

• Review patient files and submit prior authorizations timely.
• Communicate with franchise partners, payers, and departments regarding authorization status.
• Document activities and schedule required follow-ups to resolve outstanding issues.
• Investigate and verify benefits for pharmacy and medical claims.
• Obtain reauthorizations; follow up with payers and keep customers informed.
• Track and elevate service issues to avoid delays in patient access.
