You will serve as a central liaison among physician offices, departments, case management, utilization review, patient access, insurers, and hospital partners to promote financial clearance and minimize barriers to care.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher education preferred.
• One year of healthcare-related experience required.

• Coordinate authorization and referral workflow for scheduled and unscheduled services.
• Serve as liaison between physician offices, providers, payers, and hospital departments.
• Monitor work queues and prioritize outstanding items to ensure timely progress.
