What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Process and enter all authorizations for each regional center into the proprietary software
  • Serve as the point person for all authorization inquiries in the office
  • Communicate effectively with Regional Center staff, billing teams, and internal support services staff
  • Research and resolve authorization issues as needed
  • Alert families and supervisors of significant authorization changes, including cancellations and unit adjustments

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of one year of payroll and/or customer service experience within the last four years
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; self-driven and motivated
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
