Job summary

Trustpoint One, a boutique law firm in Austin, TX, seeks an ambitious attorney who wants meaningful courtroom experience, direct client interaction, and a clear path for professional growth. This on-site role is five days a week in the Austin, TX office.

You will handle all phases of litigation, conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, participate in depositions and trial preparation, and develop case strategy with senior trial attorneys.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Texas.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Spanish language fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, from case development through trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Develop case strategy alongside experienced trial attorneys.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Manage significant responsibilities with increasing autonomy.
