The role requires 5+ years of systems administration, strong expertise in Jamf Pro and Intune, and a solid understanding of endpoint security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on systems administration experience in a professional environment.
• Strong Jamf Pro administration experience: policies, configuration profiles, smart groups, patch management, and macOS security.
• Strong Microsoft Intune administration experience: device compliance, app deployment, and Windows endpoint management.
• Experience administering Slack at the workspace or Enterprise Grid level, including apps, integrations, and governance.
• Solid understanding of endpoint security fundamentals: encryption, EDR, patching, and least-privilege access.
• Comfort supporting a mixed macOS/Windows environment and a broad SaaS application stack.
• Strong customer-service instincts and clear communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in downtown Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jamf Pro for macOS fleet: enrollment, profiles, policies, patch management, Self Service, and security baselines.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for Windows endpoints: enrollment, compliance policies, app deployment, update rings, configuration management.
• Own Slack workspace administration: governance, apps, integrations, workflow automation, retention and security settings.
• Manage the endpoint lifecycle end-to-end: procurement, imaging, provisioning, deployment, inventory, retirement.
• Provide escalated technical support across macOS, Windows, SaaS apps, AV/conferencing, and IT infrastructure.
• Maintain security posture across endpoints with encryption, EDR, OS hardening, and patching.
• Administer and support ticketing/service workflows; document systems and build runbooks.
• Foster professional communication within the IT team and across the organization.
