<p>Redstone Federal Credit Union is seeking a candidate for day-to-day operations at the school branch. This role involves ensuring quality service, promoting financial literacy, and building strong member relationships.</p><p>Responsibilities include greeting members, processing transactions, and fostering a positive environment. Candidates should be part of the relevant school class and have prior customer service experience. The position supports both individual and team efforts to grow membership.</p>
Completes day-to-day branch operations ensuring branch associates are providing consistent, high level quality service to our members. Ensure that proper procedures are followed and all documentation and transactions are completed accurately. Fosters a “can do” attitude to successfully promote the school branch and to ensure success of the High School Branch Program. Work both individually and as a team to establish strong member relationships and teach financial literacy to the general student population.
Effectively apply internal and external customer service practices and processes to meet quality service standards and achieve member satisfaction.
Learn and apply information about Credit Union products, services and regulatory compliance requirements, in order to assess member situations and develop solutions.
Utilize knowledge and experience in performing job functions.
Communicate in a professional manner and deliver information clearly and effectively.
Actively listen to questions, opinions and ideas of others.
Use tact and diplomacy in sensitive and confidential situations.
Use correct English including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Operate computers and use business software and other standard office equipment.
Understand and follow written and oral instructions.
Intermittent standing, sitting, walking, bending and climbing. Using hands repetitively to handle, feel or operate computers and other standard office equipment. Reaching with hands and arms. Intermittent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
Employee works inside a public education facility in a Credit Union branch. Environment requires special security and safety policies inherent in a cash environment.
